Advocates for Active Aging, LLC, serves to inform, inspire, and involve individuals of all ages and physical abilities in a variety of fitness and non-fitness based (educational) activities for the purpose of enhancing functional fitness or the ability to perform everyday activities in a more efficient and safe manner.
In brief, you should know the following about us: our company is newly established opening our doors for business January 3, 2011. Our team of professionals has several years experience in each of our fields. Our specialty involves a more personalized approach within the area enhancing physical fitness as well as educating individuals with regard to managing chronic conditions.
